Pre heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius, and line two baking trays with parchment
paper.
2. In a small bowl, whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt together.
3. In a large bowl, mix date syrup and tahini.
4. Combine contents of both bowls together.
5. Using a spoon, divide the dough into 1 inch balls. Roll the balls into the sesame seeds.
Flatten them into ¼ inch thick rounds. Transfer them into the baking tray making sure
they’re spread apart.
6. Bake the cookies for about 7min. allow the cookies to cool before serving.
